Please note that Registration on Thursday will be at the Decatur Holiday Inn from 4 to 9 p.m. Registration on Friday will be on campus starting at 8 a.m. The Welcome Session begins at 8:30. Please try to be there.
(1) From Decatur Holiday Inn to Emory University
From the hotel, turn left onto Clairemont Rd. Go approximately 1.2 miles, turn left onto N. Decatur Rd. Go approximately 1.2 miles, veer right onto Oxford Rd. (This will put Falafel King on your left.) Turn right onto Dickey Drive. Turn left onto Fraternity Road. Visitor parking is immediately on the left.(2) From Emory University to Decatur Holiday Inn
Turn right out of Visitor Parking onto Fraternity Row. Turn right onto Dickey Dr. Turn left onto Oxford Rd. Stay in middle lane at light to proceed onto N. Decatur Rd. Go approximately 1.2 miles, turn right onto Clairemont Rd. Go approximately 1.2 miles. Hotel will be on right before Clairemont tees into Ponce de Leon Avenue.(3) From Visitor Parking to On-Campus Registration in the "DUC"
From the parking lot, take Shuttle D (also marked "Peavine"), which comes around every 10 minutes, and tell the driver you need to get off at "the DUC" (Dobbs University Center). Walk left on Asbury Circle. The DUC will be the big white building on the right.If you prefer to walk, it's not far to the DUC, just uphill. Walk up Dickey Drive until you come to Asbury Circle, turn left. The DUC is the big white building on the right.
(4) From Out of Town to Emory University
If you are coming to Emory from somewhere other than the Decatur Holiday Inn, these directions will get you to our Visitor Parking lot (and from there to On-campus Registration) from all major interstates coming into town.From Interstate 20, heading East
Take exit 60-B, the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn right on Moreland and go approximately 3 miles. Moreland will change to Briarcliff Road once it crosses Ponce de Leon Avenue. Continue on Briarcliff approximately 2 miles, turn right onto North Decatur Road. Go approximately 1 mile to Oxford Road, turn left. Then turn left onto Dickey Drive. Turn left onto Fraternity Row. From Interstate 20, heading West
Take exit 60-B, the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn right on Moreland and go approximately 3 miles. Moreland will change to Briarcliff Road once it crosses Ponce de Leon Avenue. Continue on Briarcliff approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road, turn right. Go approximately 1 mile to Oxford Road, turn left. Turn left onto Dickey Drive. Turn left onto Fraternity Row. Take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard; continue on Freedom Parkway; veer left at split; continue until it ends at Ponce de Leon Avenue; then turn right. The airport is located in the southwest section of the city, approximately 25 minutes from the Emory University campus. Visitors driving from the airport should follow signs to take I-85 North. To Emory from Interstate 85 North, take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard; continue on Freedom Parkway; veer left at split; continue until it ends at Ponce de Leon Avenue; then turn right. Take exit 91, the Clairmont Road exit. Turn left (east) on Clairmont and follow it approximately 3 miles to North Decatur Road, turn right. Please use MapQuest or a similar program to get directions from where you are to 1385 Oxford Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30322-1017. Note: This is not your final destination; this just takes you to the road off of which you will enter the campus. From here your directions will vary depending on whether you turned left or right onto Oxford Road. If you veered right onto Oxford Road: Take a right onto Dickey Drive, then make a left onto Fraternity Row. Park in Visitor Parking on the left. If you turned left onto Oxford Road: Take a left onto Dickey Drive, then make a left onto Fraternity Row. Park in Visitor Parking on the left. (5) From Out of Town to the Decatur Holiday Inn

From Interstate 85 , heading South
Take exit 91, the Clairmont Road exit. Turn left (east) on Clairmont and follow it approximately 4.2 miles. The Decatur Holiday Inn will be on the right before Clairemont tees into Ponce de Leon. (Note: For some strange reason Clairmont becomes Clairemont - it's all the same road, though.)
Do You Want to take Marta from the Airport?
It's a short walk from the Marta station to the Decatur Holiday Inn. And shuttles will be available, so you can get by without a car. (Just let me know if this is your plan so I can arrange shuttle accommodations to serve you adequately.) Take the Northbound train to Five Points Station. Get off and take the Eastbound train to Decatur station. Follow directions from station to Church Street. Turn left on Church Street. Turn left on Ponce de Leon. Turn right onto Clairemont. Decatur Holiday Inn is on the left.
