Hello Pre Law Society members!!

Thanks to all of you that attended our General Body meeting this month. We hope it was somewhat informative and let you know about the great events we have planned for this semester.

Please remember to email Julia Nikitina if you have any questions, concerns or would like new programming for next year. You may also email her about paying $10 for dues. Remember, you must be a dues paid member to take the mock LSATs that are going to be offered this semester.

Upcoming events for March 2005:

---Tuesday March 1: White Hall 101 at 7:00- Lawyer Panel. We will have attorneys in different legal fields coming to speak to you about their unique experiences and careers.

---Thursday March 24: White Hall 112 at 7:00- Strategy session for the LSAT. We'll have an instructor teaching you tips on how to improve your LSAT score and how to take the test most effectively.

---Saturday March 26: White Hall 112 from 10-1- Mock LSAT-- You must be a dues paid member to take this test. Sign ups will be on the conference closer to the date.

---Monday March 28: Room and Time TBA- Marshal Matz!! Mr. Matz is a lobbyist who has been working in Washington D.C since the early 1970's. He served for five years as General Counsel to the U.S. Senate, was on the Select Committee on Nutrition and Human Needs, and spent two years as Special Counsel to the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry. This event will be huge so mark your calendars now!

We have plenty of exciting and interesting events coming up in March so please mark your calendars and be sure to attend. You may email the Pre Law Society conference with questions or concerns.
