09/07/2004 EMORY PRE-LAW SOCIETY WEBSITE STATISTICS UPDATE

After about thirty-eight days since its launch, the Emory Pre-Law Society has received over 1300 page views. The website had about 850 page views in August and is well on pace in September to break that early record. Many of the popular pages include the calendar, and both pages of the Emory Law Admissions Statistics.

Since its inception the website has also had about 250 visitors which is beyond the original predictions made when the website was first created. Visits have especially accelerated since school began in late August. 

The website has also within the last couple of weeks been added to numerous search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Altavista. It has also been added to the main Emory Index under the letter P and can be found through the internal Emory search engine. Many of the latest visits have been from these sources and this clearly lets the website branch out from just being only linked to Emory's LearnLink System.
