Proposed budget cut likely to scale back programs and classes

With Emory's endowment growth slowing, University divisions have been asked to cut 3 percent from their budgets. Administrators have suggested that this cut may lead to a reduction in the number of student programs, classes and other projects.

Exercising their green thumbs, approximately 25 volunteers spent Saturday pulling English ivy and seeding native plants in the Baker Woodlands, the forested area between the Michael C. Carlos Museum and the Rich Memorial Building.
