Delta Zeta Chapter |

Emory's Delta
Zeta chapter of was founded in 1959. More than 45 years after its
founding, our chapter is still standing with a strong, energetic,
and tight-knit sisterhood. In the 2005-2006 school year we raised
more than $2,000 for Kappa Alpha Theta's national philanthropy,
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), through our signature
philanthropy events; Kicks for CASA in the spring and Greek Physique
in the fall. Our sisters also helped plan a CASA family picnic,
volunteered at the Nicolas House, and donated clothing and toiletries
to a local women’s shelter.
When we’re not leading campus organizations or helping
out in the community, the Emory Thetas are spending time with
each other at our various functions. The fall sisterhood retreat,
fall semiformal and spring formal are always highlights of our
year. Mixers and date parties keep our social calendar full, and
this spring we started a new tradition by having our very first
crush party.
