What is EUMMA?

EUMMA is an organization for ANYONE who shows an interest in Mathematics and/or Computer Science. Once you declare a major/minor in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department, you are automatically enrolled into the organization. You will then be added to the email list and have the EUMMA conference added to your desktop. However, if you are still interested in Mathematics and/or Computer Science but have not declared yet or even if you will never declare, you are still more than welcome to be a part of this organization. You can get more details by Learnlinking Allison Louie.

What are the goals of EUMMA?

The main goal of EUMMA is to unite undergraduate students who are interested in Mathematics or Computer Science. It is an organization to help students get to know both students and professors outside of the classroom. This can include events that are hosted to: educate and enlighten, provide a stronger Math/CS background, help you decide what you want to do after college, or even just socialize.

How will the EUMMA conference help you as a student?

The LL EUMMA Conference has a subconference called "Class Comments". Here, students can list any courses they have taken in the Math/CS field. Then you can use this list as a resource. If you are registering for classes and need to know what classes or what professors to take, you can email them. If you need to find a tutor or need some help in a class, you can also use this list. This subconference is to help YOU out.
