Doing Our Part to Spread the Word

It’s a quilt that will move you to tears, leave you speechless, and make you laugh and smile at the same time. Quilt on the Quad is a project done through various campus organizations at Emory university to a fraction of the AIDS Quilt to the Emory University Quadrangle. Once set up, the day is run solely by volunteers handing out information, directing people, and reading of names of people who have died with AIDS and HIV. The quilt just makes up a fraction of their stories, often made by loved ones to display and spread awareness of this growing, deadly epidemic in the world.
